Dear all,
As per the request from our Qingdao customs, all the documents used for declaration, including invoice, packing list and wood packing declaration, should have signature or company chop (either is OK) on last page for each type. Otherwise the documents would be rejected.
We can not sign on behalf of suppliers, this is a compliance issue.
Please forward our request to all of your suppliers. Next time if we receive such documents without signature or chop, we will return to you and you need to request signature from supplier immediately.
